In the event you, the customer, are not satisfied with any product from Giraud Tool Company, a refund of the purchase price paid is available in exchange for the return of the product to Giraud Tool Company. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging or packed in such a manner to insure safe delivery, and be return shipped within 3 days of receipt by the shipping carrier most convenient to your location, preferably USPS Priority or UPS Ground service. If you desire, I can send a UPS return label to you and deduct the cost from the refund amount.
If a product is returned after 3 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied against the refund amount. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment, no exceptions, credit card purchases will be refunded by a credit to the same card, payments made by check will be refunded with a check, etc. No using a refund as a cash advance.....
