The Giraud Stand is a spotting scope stand designed for the highpower shooter. The stand allows a shooter to maintain their firing position while being able to check the target with their scope, record their score, and keep track of their ammunition. Constructed out of 6061-T6 aluminum and 304 stainless steel tubing, the stand is fit to last a lifetime. Truly the last stand you will ever have to buy.
The Scope Mount, all versions use the cam actuated pivoting mount, any scope with provisions for bayonet mounting (1/4-20 thread) can be accommodated.
The Prone Position, all versions can be lowered to within a few inches of ground level for use in prone shooting positions.
Storing the Scope, all scope stands are furnished with three 21" sections and can be disassembled to fit in less than 24" overall length. Custom length rods are available on request.
Scorepad holder and slowfire ammo block, the major difference between the deluxe version and the standard version of the scope stand. The aluminum platform can hold most scorebooks and cards in a position of your choosing right on the center pole of your scope stand. This can help you from loosing your natural point of aim due to unnecessary movement. It can also hold up to 22 rounds of ammo for the typical standing slowfire stages. Available in .223 and .308 size ammo blocks. Anodized in matching colors to the rest of the stand as part of the deluxe package, or bare aluminum as an individual accessory for other stands.
NEW RED WHITE AND BLUE, This is the new color scheme added after repeated requests post 9/11. The stand shown is a standard model. The deluxe version comes with a blue pad, red clamp, and white slow fire ammo block to complete the package.
NEW 90 DEGREE SCOPE MOUNT ADAPTOR, This is the new adaptor to allow the scope to remain mounted to the stand and rotated 90 degrees for storage and carrying. Attach the scope to the angled adaptor, attach the adaptor to the stand and tighten the thumbscrews. To rotate, just loosen the horizontal screw, rotate 90 and retighten the thumbscrew.

| Scope adjustment is infinite. Cam action elevation allows the shooter to position the scope exactly where it is most desirable. A retaining shoulder allows proper tension on the cam assembly and creates a positive friction hold on the elevator. |
| The scorebook and ammo block allows the shooter to take a shot and place the butt of the rifle on their stool with one hand and record their score on the pad without breaking position. No more bending, twisting, or trying to find your natural point of aim over and over during the string. |

Please note that scorepad holders purchased without a stand will be furnished with a bare aluminum finish. Anodizing can be provided for at an extra cost, but exact color matching to existing equipment or stands from other makers cannot be guaranteed.
